Applications and Admissions Procedures

An official application must be completed and returned with registration fee before a child can be placed on the list for enrollment.  Upon acceptance, all enrollees will need to bring all documentation listed below.  All forms must be turned in no later than the first day of school.

    Extended care options: Extended day programs for students are available until 5.30 pm.  

    An Early Arriver program for students begins each morning at 7:00 am


    Minimum Age Requirements:

    • Toddlers that are between 18 months - 2.5 years old must be 18 months old to enroll at any time during the school year.  The children do not need to be potty trained.
    • Toddlers that are between 2.5-3 years old is the next class for children not completely potty trained.
    • Pre-Kindergarten classes:
      3 year old class - Must be 3 years old on or before September 1st and independent with bathroom needs (no pull ups).
      4 years old class - Must be 4 on or before September 1st.
    • Kindergarten - must be 5 on or before September 1st.
    If your child is born after the cut off date, you may still apply for admission. 
    We will consider all applicants on a case by case basis. 

    Copies of birth certificates, social security cards (optional), copy of shot records, and proof of insurance are required of all students entering St Luke's.

    Vaccinations:

    Act 633 passed by the 1973 Legislation amended Act 244 or 1967, and requires that all children are to be immunized from Poliomyelitis, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Red (Rubella) Measles, German (Rubella) Measles, Hepatitis B, and Chicken Pox before entering public or private schools of this state.  No child shall be admitted until documentation is provided.
