Who We Are...
Pre-Kindergarten classes are licensed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services of Children and Family Services, and are subject to their rules, policies and regulations. The policies, procedures and curriculum for Kindergarten classes meet and exceed those suggested by the Arkansas Department of Education and are aligned with the common core curriculum.
Our children receive additional instruction in Music, Art, Spanish, Computers, and Martial Arts. Pre-K and Kindergarten classes also receive special instruction in Physical Education and Health.
Christian Education is an integral part of our school with the main goal of helping teach values and principles that will help the children become caring, concerned individuals. All children attend chapel service once a week and each class attends Good Shepherd classes during the week.
Established in 1956, St Luke's Episcopal School continues as a vital ministry and outreach of St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Our Core values
Achievement
Reverence
Self-Esteem
The purpose of St Luke's Episcopal School is to offer a thorough developmental and academic program that guides the child in spiritual, intellectual, social, and physical development in a Christian environment. St Luke's School provides a superior education for the whole child - recognizing that each child has different gifts, talents, and abilities.
Each child is nurtured to allow appropriate growth and development for a foundation of academic skills, spiritual awareness, and self-esteem. St Luke's School seeks to incorporate traditional Episcopal school policies and practices to assure the dignity and equal worth of every member of the student body and staff.
