Applications and Admissions Procedure
An official application must be completed and returned with all one time fees before a child can be placed on the list for enrollment. Upon acceptance all enrollees will need to bring with them all documentation listed at the bottom of this page. All forms need to be turned in no later than the first day of school.
Extended care options: Extended day programs for students ages 18 months – 8 are available until 5:30 p.m.
An Early Arriver program for students begins each morning at 7:30 am
Minimum Age Requirements
Toddlers (18-36 months) – Must be 18 months old to enroll at any time during the school year. The children do not need to be potty trained.
Pre-Kindergarten class (3 years old) – Must be 3 years old on or before September 15 and independent with bathroom needs (no pull-ups).
Junior Kindergarten (4-year olds) – Must be 4 years old on or before September 15.
Senior Kindergarten (5 years olds) – Must be 5 years old on or before September 15.
First Grade – Must be 6 years old on or before September 15.
Second Grade – Must be 7 years old on or before September 15.
BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS
Birth certificates and social security cards are required of all students entering St. Luke’s.
Act 633 passed by the 1973 Legislation amended Act 244 of 1967, requires that all children are to be immunized from Poliomyelitis, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Red (Rubella) Measles, German (Rubella) Measles, Hepatitis B, and Chicken Pox before entering public or private schools of this state. No child shall be admitted until documentation is provided.
